Written summary
A concise written impression suitable for internal use by retaining counsel. Delivered within 72 hours of records receipt.

The Preliminary Case Screen is a screening product, not a Rule 26 report or sworn opinion. Where a case warrants full workup, it can be escalated to independent case review, written report, deposition, and trial testimony under a separate engagement.
